I would say I could go home and help make technical advances with all this information, but I don't even know what most of this stuff even looks like.

Even if you did, it's difficult to say whether you could replicate it, since you said there wasn't much in the way of machinery in your universe. You're probably better off not trying.

I guess... I could tell people about it though. I know some inventors, maybe they can make something even better.

"Even better"... That's a bit of a leap, isn't it? If they've never heard of anything like that before, saying you've heard of "a small box that can play music" isn't going to do much for them.

Hee hee... Did I offend you? Inventions like that are tricky to replicate even with the proper technology, and it's likely to cause all sorts of trouble if you try to bypass the normal learning curve.

I think there's always people willing to change it. It just depends on what their circumstances are and if they can take the chance to try.

Do you think so? People as a whole can be awfully complacent.

In my travels I met a lot of people who wanted to fight, but they weren't able to because of the situation they were in. It wasn't until they got outside help that they were able to start resisting.

I don't think comparing war-torn people to the kind of thing I'm used to works, but I appreciate the attempt to convince me of your point of view.

Just your regular city, filled with people who only care about themselves.
